The outputs generated by this platform (including differential diagnoses, triage alerts, and referral drafts) are probabilistic AI inferences based on user input. The clinician assumes full, sole, and absolute responsibility for all medical decisions, patient care, and document verification. You must independently verify all AI-generated citations, calculations, and clinical pathways before applying them to patient care.
1. Intended Use & Audience
Aethelq AI is a clinical reasoning support tool intended strictly for use by licensed healthcare professionals. It is not intended for use by patients, nor is it a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Assumption of Risk
By using Aethelq AI, you acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence is a developing technology. It can hallucinate, omit critical information, or provide inaccurate medical correlations. You agree to hold Aethelq Innovations and its affiliates completely harmless from any adverse patient outcomes, malpractice claims, or legal actions arising directly or indirectly from the use of this software.
3. Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to use this platform in compliance with all local health data regulations. You agree to practice "Data Minimization" by omitting direct patient identifiers unless absolutely required for documentation. You may not use this platform to generate automated bulk medical advice, nor reverse-engineer the underlying algorithms.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aethelq AI, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
